The EF Ford Falcon Futura

The front of the EF Falcon
This model is a very good rendition of the real thing. Here, we can see the front where Ford decided to go without an obvious grille. The following model, the EL went back to offering a traditional appearance with a grille.
The rear of the EF Ford Falcon Futura
The Futura was the next model up from the base model GLi in the EF range and as such offered extras like electric windows and ABS brakes. This model faithfully produces the ABS sign that Futuras hav mounted below the high mount rear stoplight in the back window (click on picture above for larger version).
Ford Falcon EF Futura with 4.0 Litre badge
The EF Falcon which was produced in Australia between 1994-96 was available with a 5.7 Litre V8 or as is the case with this model, the ever durable 4.0 Litre straight six (click picture above to see detail of the 4.0 badge). There are still many EF’s getting around on Aussie roads and many in this colour.
